Terms of service

Ordering Process:

Full payment + taxes (if applicable) + shipping on all orders at time order is placed to begin processing your order.

Full payment of total invoice must be received before order is processed and shipped.

Once payment has been received, we will start your order - your desired hats, in stock and backordered items, will be ordered. 

Please look over the details of your order (hat color, patch shape, patch placement, etc.) and contact information to ensure they are correct.  By paying your invoice or deposit, you are affirming that the information contained in this invoice is accurate.

Turnaround time:

Please allow 1-3 weeks for completion from payment date. After an order has been completed your order will ship. Turnaround times may vary on items order. For most accurate processing time please reach out before ordering.

 

Rush Order Policy:

If you request a turnaround of under the current production turnaround time, a rush fee will apply.  

It is the customers responsibility to check the contents of the order and billing/shipping addresses to ensure all information is correct.  Once invoice is paid/approve, no edits will be accepted.  Returns and exchanges are not permitted on rush custom orders and a refund will not be provided on cancelled Rush Orders.

The customer is responsible for all RUSH shipping charges - standard shipping charges will be applied unless otherwise specified and approved by client.  We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates but can give best estimates based on information provided by the carrier.

Order processing based on availability, approval and payment date. Rush Orders option availability is dependent on our production schedule and may not always be available. 

 

Backordered Products:

We will notify you if an item in your order has been delayed due to product availability.  Backordered items will be shipped as soon as possible after they arrive at our shop and customer is responsible for additional shipping charges if the order is shipped in parts.

A restocking fee of 40% of the purchase price of the item(s) will apply for cancellation on backordered items.

 

Artwork Disclaimer:

When artwork is submitted by or on behalf of a purchaser for production of an order, UNI Custom Creations LLC assumes that the artwork submitted is in full compliance with the laws governing copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights of any third party. Notwithstanding any provision in any purchase order, including any integration clause or other disclaimer, by submitting artwork in connection with an order, a Purchaser shall be deemed to have agreed to indemnify, defend and hold harmless UNI Custom Creations, LLC from any claim, damages or cost based on any alleged breach of any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right of a third party arising from or related to UNI Custom Creations LLC use of such artwork in connection with such order. When artwork is submitted by or on behalf of a purchaser, this provision shall be deemed both a separate agreement formed upon the submissions of such artwork (and not superseded by any integration clause in a purchase order) and also a provision that is integrated into and made a part of each purchase order submitted by a Purchaser.
