Set up fee of $45 is included in the total price. A physical sample patch is included in the set up. Patch is a max size of 2.51"x 3" (size = Length + Width /2)

Current production time is 7 to 12 business days until your product ships. Once shipped, orders
typically arrive within 2-5 days based shipping. We ship via USPS and UPS. Local Pick Up is available.
FAQ - CAN I HAVE MY ORDER RUSHED?
Yes! To have your order rushed, please contact us before placing your order. Rush
charges may apply.
FAQ - CAN I MIX AND MATCH HAT COLORS?
Yes! Some restrictions my apply though, contact us for more info or questions.
FAQ - Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No! You can order 1 or 1,000+ hats. However we offer volume discounts for the more you order! The price per hat is dependent on the quantity you order.
FAQ -WHAT FILE TYPE DO YOU NEED for my logo?
We prefer your logo in the following formats: SVG, PNG, AI, EPS, PDF or Vector format.
NO JEPG files please.
FAQ - Do you offer different patch colors?
Yes, we offer four different leather options, along with several Leatherette color options.
FAQ - Can I just purchase patches?
Yes of course! Contact us for pricing.
FAQ - How do I clean my hat?
We do not recommend letting our leather patch hats soak. Soap, water, alcohol, and harsh chemical cleansers can weaken the glue bond between the patch and hat.
We suggest spot cleaning your hats. Baking soda and vinegar works best for people with sensitive skin. Spot-cleaning method may require you to also hand wash your hat if you want to clean the entire cap.
- Make a paste using four tablespoons of baking soda and ¼ cup of water, apply it to the stain using a soft-bristled toothbrush, rubbing in small circular motions.
- Let the hat sit for up to an hour. Spray with distilled white vinegar and give stain a gentle scrub.
- Rinse in cold water to clean. Pat dry with a towel and allow hat to air dry completely.
Depending on how often you wear your cap and how sweaty you get, wash your cap once a week to avoid heavy staining. If your hat does get too nasty or stained, we encourage you to grab a new one from our shop.
*NOTICE OF LIABILITY: We are not responsible for any mishandling of your hats during the cleaning process and the methods above are not 100% guaranteed to work. This is just our gentle suggestion on how to clean your hat. Wear and tear on hats can vary drastically depending on how you wear it, treat it, environment conditions, temperatures outdoor or even inside your vehicle if you leave it there. Our hats are not meant to be washed or submerged in water. We only suggest spot cleaning without the use of harsh chemicals to prevent discoloration or failure of the leather bond.
